Shipping Fresh Novelties ships exclusively via UPS.
Fresh Novelties guarantees that all orders will be placed with the carrier for delivery within seven (7) business days if ordered before 5:00 pm Pacific Time. (Fresh Novelties cutoff time of 5:00 pm PT is based on the time we receive notification of a payment clearing from the billing agent. Typical credit card payments clear within 5 seconds; electronic checks, however, may take up to 5 business days to clear.) Refused or undeliverable orders are not a valid reason for reprint or refund and reshipment of the order will be at the customer's expense. Fresh Novelties utilizes third-party carriers to deliver your order and is not liable for delivery problems caused by these carriers. Fresh Novelties makes no guarantee about time in transit of any shipping method.
In the event an order is lost, misplaced or damaged while in transit, a notification of non-receipt must be sent via e-mail here and include the invoice number. Fresh Novelties is allowed 5 business days from the time of notification to respond with one of the resolutions below: A. Store credit or refund may be given for dated material delayed in shipping, at the discretion of Fresh Novelties. B. When lost packages cannot be located or are verified as having been damaged, Fresh Novelties will reprint with the same production and delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. C. If the lost package is located, Fresh Novelties will redirect the lost order with the same delivery terms extending from the time of resolution. Packages located by the carrier will be rerouted to the customer promptly upon discovery. Shipping carriers typically require a 10 business day window for refund of shipping costs.
Fresh Novelties is located in Southern California, United States. Please be advised that if you are ordering products with a tight deadline, you should select next day air, 2nd day air or 3rd day air to insure a timely arrival. Packages shipped outside of the country of origin may be charged a duty based on the receiving country's import tax. Fresh Novelties is not responsible for the payment of this fee.

Returns Because there is no resale value for custom printed Pick’N’Mints, there are no exchanges or refunds once the order has been submitted and printed.
Because we create your Pick’N’Mints just for you, we cannot resell it if returned. Items sent back to us will be recycled. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will reprint your Pick’N’Mints or refund your money. If you make a mistake on your order, contact us and we will work with you to try and find a solution. Please be aware that we may ask for the defective product to be returned to us before commencing your reprint or granting your refund. Please note that there are no returns for opened or used Pick’N’Mints.
